By submitting your pictures, you automatically accept the following conditions:
Participation: “online” is the only way to participate in this cost-free “Image Award Competition”. Arctic cat will not accept pictures sent by mail and will not return them to the sender.
Submission: Your pictures are to be submitted to image(at)arcticcat.eu in reference to: ARCTIC CAT IMAGE AWARD. Don ´t forget to mark your full name and address.
Quality of Pictures: Pictures have to be taken a minimum of 3 megapixel resolution. Pictures are to be stored in highest quality. On the narrow part of the picture, the minimum size is not to be lower than 2.600 pixels.
Deadline: Eligible to take part of the Image Award are pictures redeemed until August 31st.2013. Held outside of jurisdiction.
Judgement: An independent group/jury will judge the submitted pictures to select 12 winners. The jury´s decision will take place with no admittance to the public, September 2013. The jury ´s selection is final. Correspondence cannot be held during and while the Image Award ´s time-frame.
Rewards: The 12 winners shall be rewarded with Arctic Cat Accessories or Arcticwear. The winning pictures are going to be published in the 2014 Arctic Cat calendar. Rewards cannot be transferred to cash. One reward per participant/person only. Winners notification will be communicated in writing.

Data Protection: Arctic Cat will keep all data confidential nor will this data be forward to a third party. The winners understand their names and addresses to be openly published throughout various print as well as online media.
Right of Origination: Participants insure to own all user rights on uploaded and submitted pictures.
None of the rights are owned by a third party. In particular, if persons/humans are part of the picture, the participant insures not to interfere with any personal/individual rights and the person/human being part of the picture agrees upon publication. If, nevertheless a third party would in force violation of their rights against Arctic Cat, the participant does exclude Arctic Cat from any liability.
User ´s Rights: Participants forward all rights referring to timelines and locational publications to Arctic Cat ´s use in print and online media.
